KAELIN ELIZABETH FULD

STAGE MANAGER, ARTIST, COLLABORATOR

ABOUT KAELIN ELIZABETH FULD

Born and raised in New York City, Kaelin has been immersed in theatre from a young age. She quickly discovered that the spotlight was not for her and, after founding a student-run drama program in high school, found her calling backstage. While earning her BFA in Equestrian Studies from the Savannah College of Art and Design, she was able to pursue her love of theatre through stage management, working on mainstage productions as well as independent and original student projects.

During her time at SCAD, she found a specific passion for musical theatre and the collaborative process of developing original work from first readings through world premieres. Since graduating in 2019, she has steadily expanded her work across regional summer stock, educational theater, dance, and independently devised productions, diversifying her projects as much as possible.

Most recently, she served as the Production Stage Manager on the world premiere of the Off-Broadway production of Hungry Women at Soho Playhouse. She currently works as the Resident Stage Manager for Applause Dance Company, a pre-professional program of 90+ young dancers producing multiple shows each season. She has expanded her work to Production Management within Applause, as well as independent  production management with projects such as The Matriarchs at TheaterLab.

Kaelin approaches all of her projects with a strong focus on communication, thoughtful organization, adaptability, and creating an environment where artists, both onstage and off, can feel supported to do their best work. For her, there is nothing quite like watching a spark of an idea evolve into a live experience, and being part of the team that makes it happen!
